Leads geographically dispersed cross-functional teams, partnering with customers to define and hone technical strategies, build prototypes, and launch software products.  Runs all business operations without compromising responsibilities at AWS.

• Developed the OPTX™ Advanced Monitoring & Observability Platform for Optanix, which won the 2019 Internet Telephony Product of the Year and was named a Challenger in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Managed Network Services (MNS) in 2020 and 2021
• ATSG acquired Optanix in December 2021, primarily to absorb the OPTX™ Platform, rebranding it with only cosmetic changes as ATSG OPTX™, named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for MNS in 2022, 2023, and 2024
